I'm ciciley hoffman. I'm a costume designer, wardrobe stylist, image consultant, and fashion editor. And cat lady.
I design costumes for film and television. My work is available on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, AppleTV, and more. I’ve had films in many festivals, including Cannes, Nashville, Berlin, Calgary, Seattle, Louisville, and Edinburgh.
I’ve styled advertising for national and international spots with Verizon, Choice Hotels, T-Mobile, Litter Robot, Tractor Supply, ParmCrisps, and more. I’ve worked with my hometown NFL team, the Titans, several times.
I also wardrobe music videos, style for editorial or commercial fashion brands, and consult with artists for general look, tours, and promos. I have done so for numerous recording artists and sundry professionals.
I volunteer with Fashion Is For Every Body, committed to normalizing inclusion in life through the art of fashion. I am an embroiderer and vintage enthusiast. I use an antique 1975 Kenmore 1347 in-cabinet sewing machine, Bessie, and a pink portable Janome, Sorbet.
My formal training is in theatrical productions and I have extensive knowledge of the history of fashion, clothing customs, and construction. I graduated from Oberlin College with a double major B.A. in Theatre and German Studies with Honors. I am from Nashville, TN.
All clients receive personal attention and a unique look. Confidentiality is of utmost importance to me and I do not drop names. My goal is always to make clients feel confident- the greatest accessory of all, and the only mark of true style.
